Studio fees
All figures are design fees in euros, excluding furniture and textiles you purchase. Soft Hearted Calm Rooms invoices from Lisbon; VAT applies where required by Portuguese law.

Typical product budgets
Alongside studio fees, clients usually set aside €600 – €1,400 for a corner (chair, lamp, rug) or €2,500 – €6,000 for a reading room with shelves and curtains. Compact Alfama flats often land at the lower end; Chiado rooms with custom linen sit higher.
Payment schedule
Forty percent to begin, forty percent on concept approval, twenty percent after styling day. Bank transfer in EUR. Deposits are applied to the project; unused portions are refunded if we cancel before concept delivery.
What fees do not cover
Construction, electrical permits, spa equipment, or any guided lifestyle programme. Soft Hearted Calm Rooms is a design studio for quiet room styling only.
Travel within Lisbon
Site visits inside the city ring are included in packages above. Outside Lisbon Metropolitan Area, travel is quoted at €0.40/km plus time. Confirm with [email protected].
